Global Language Training Ltd. acquires ATC One

Lynden-Blaine Technologies (Lynden-Blaine Inc.) today announced the acquisition of ATC One by Global Language Training Ltd., through GEP English Exams.

The transaction was completed in August 2026. GEP English Exams is operated by Global Language Training Ltd., a UK-based education company with operations across the United Kingdom and Latin America.

Since its launch, ATC One has grown from a bold idea into an international aviation communications platform used by pilots, student pilots, instructors, flight schools, and aviation enthusiasts around the world.

What began as a new way to practice ATC communications has quickly evolved into a growing ecosystem of interactive scenarios, AI-powered voice experiences, aviation content, and technology designed specifically for the needs of the aviation community.
